Well we had an AMAZING 8 week break and we came back fresh and ready to dust off the ‘ol stage show. The setting: Sunset On The Water in Fond Du Lac. Every year the FDL Fishing Has No Boundaries puts on a bash right on the shore of Lake Winnebago and boy is it a bash! It’s fun to see the quads and vehicles come in from the ice for the show. The people SHOWED UP! 

We would like to highlight a few things; mostly good, some not so good. Bear with us on the second part. The good: we had a great time, a great crowd and we celebrated the marriage of our wonderful stage techs, Marty and Karen on their recent nuptials. You will always see them at our shows busting their butts! They are a powerhouse team; not to be outdone done by Frankie and Amanda of course. As a couple, they work so well together setting up the stage show and then Karen, with her magic smile at our merch booth during the show. Shine your bright lights guys! Congratulations! We are so happy for you both.  

We also celebrated our very own Frankie Trash's birthday and production crew member JR's birthday. Happiest of birthdays guys! <3 One questions though… aren't you guys supposed to bring treats to “school” for the class? ;P

Now on to the not so good: it is something that needs to be addressed. We work really hard to put on a top tier show. From us as musicians all the way to our crew which includes production, stage techs, security and our media crew. With that said, HANDLE YOUR ATTITUDES AND LIQUOR. No one deserves being assaulted, bullied, gestured at, called names…. the list is unfortunately LONG!  We never post about the drama and the behavior is 99% of the time ignored.  Well maybe its's time we start calling people out….  Someone in the crowd, who is unknown to us at this point, threw a beer at our guitar player towards the end of the show. WHY?! What gives you the right to act like that towards someone who LOVES to entertain? Imagine if someone came to your job and did that?! Our job on this earth is to be kind and loving and to entertain y'all. If you can't handle that, then DON'T come to our shows. There are plenty of people that have the right attitude that will gladly take your place. Dave is ok btw, but he was pretty upset. This is the second time in the last year this has happened to him and NO ONE deserves that. NO ONE PERIOD.

The second person, is KNOWN TO US and is not worth the energy. Adding you to our prayer list. God says to pray for all; including your enemies.

Ok, reset.

PS: anything you say or do at the shows is likely on camera, both photos and videos. Amanda has had A LOT OF GRACE in not posting shitty stuff about any of you and the bad behavior she captures. 

The moral of the story?! Be mindful and be kind. And if you can't be that, talk to God about it. He listens. <3
