A Word from Josh:
I think we're on to something here. This was our third show in a row that was uncomfortably crowded. These kinds of crowds really get us going. I feel that we put on a pretty good show and we were very pleased to see ourselves rewarded by the room remaining full right to the final notes. It was particularly striking to observe that the first four or five rows of people closest to the stage were almost all women, many of them dancing, singing along and demonstrating all kinds of enthusiastic behavior. Behind them was a layer of mostly men, mostly standing still and observing the band with stoic intensity. None of this is particularly surprising, but to see these demographics on such clear display within the dance floor strata was pretty interesting and quite encouraging. Of course we are very grateful for this kind of support and we hope you can keep it coming when we head up the road to BuBs in Germantown in a couple of weeks. That's a larger room plus they have a great stage that really maximizes our sound and lights. If we're lucky, perhaps BuBs will be "comfortably crowded" that night.     -Josh
