A Word from Josh:
It has become a tradition for us to play at AJ's on the weekend of Adam "AJ" Jankowski's birthday. Such was the case tonight, which pretty much guaranteed a festive atmosphere throughout the night and a rather incoherent Adam at the end of it. We enjoyed the crowd that seemed to be enjoying us and included some dirty dancing ladies up front. Another important storyline tonight was the presence of our good buddy Charles Thomas who filled in on bass tonight. He's always a popular guy whether he's playing bass, playing guitar, singing or doing just about anything else. Our regular bass player Kase was busy elsewhere protecting the world from space aliens; hey, it's important work. After the show my wife and I drove directly from AJ's to O'Hare airport to catch a flight to Cancun. Yes, I'm living like a Rock Star and I gotta tell you... it doesn't suck.     -Josh
