A Word from Josh:
Small town festivals are truly the lifeblood of Summer in the Midwest and we love playing them. And they tend to enjoy having us. It's just some times it takes a bit longer for them to realize it than others. As such, this show was a "Tale of Two Sets." Our first set took place under twilight and the people who had ventured into the expansive beer garden were not inspired to come near the stage and we basically felt like we were playing to a whole lotta grass. The second set was a completely different story. With the stage lights illuminating an otherwise black night, the crowd of over a thousand turned the fun-meter up to 11. They packed against the stage with an enthusiasm for 80s Rock that we love to see. Frankie brought the evening to a climax late in the show when he personally invited dozens of women to join us on the stage for "You Shook Me All Night Long." We could feel the stage wobble beneath us as a mob of beauties swamped us in what might best be called an orgy of rock n'roll. Yeah, that's what we do ;-)    --Josh

Pete:
"Outstanding show. Cant wait to see your show again!!!!!"

(Anonymous):
"What an awesome show! Even better then the night before. Nice job Dann on "Beth". One question though-Where were the roses? And John, you are one very talented man. You guys totally rock!!!!!!!"

Greg Godina:
"Mad Dann sang a song? COOL!! I wish I was there for that."

Bittersweeteus:
"Here we go again, two fantastic back to shows put on by CherryPie. They sure do know how to rock our world! They are five unique talented guys, that when together, they make for one awesome 80's classic rock coverband. Their performances are always hot that even though you're sweating your ass off from dancing, you always yearn for more. And John, who is one strong-willed powerhouse and sure does know how to bring out the wild and craziness that lies within him, like at Marshall festival, gave us a performance that was "Burn it to the Ground" crazy and totally impressive. I do have to say, you guys were at the top of your game at these shows. And what I see, together, you guys, with the help of the roadie who helps things run smoothly, you have a great time showing us all, no matter what age, that Rock rules and never will die. And in closing, it's great to see you guys toss the football around, (nice bullet football pass John), which makes me very anxious for football season to start. GO PACKERS! Hell Yeah!!"
