Ah yes, a fun night in Port. There were many unique things about this show. First, it was our second show of the day having played a gig in Sun Prairie at noon. Second, Shane performed as a member of our opening act Bob Mittnacht and the Crowning Glories so he actually played THREE gigs today. We've played this festival a couple of times before, but the last time was seven years ago. It hasn't changed much since then, which made for a comforting layer of nostalgia dripping over the hot rock show. Especially as fans and friends from our early days approached to say "Hi." The strong sound and lights were provided by Go Audio, which was a production company we worked with regularly from 2001 to 2004. We were hoping to see our old buddy and sound tech from those days Brian Ingwell but apparently he had more important things to do. The turn-out was pretty good and the crowd grew more lively as the Sun and the drinks went down, evolving from a family-oriented event into a good 'ol ass-kicking rock concert. It all made for a good show that was a joy to play. We look forward to returning, possibly next year or maybe in 2017. --Josh

"We are glad we made it around 10:00 PM to catch the last hour of you performance. Also, thanks for playing Celita's request for the last song played "Enter Sandman" . You guys play that just like Metallica ! Your sound guys got you great sound."
"Thanks again for an awesome show! Had a blast dancing to music from the past!"
"You guys really know how to rock the crowd! Frank, your drumming skills hypnotized me and John, your vocals and the high notes you hit brought the house down."
"After a week of working hard, I find the best way to wind down at the end of the week, is to dance and sing to the sounds of CherryPie. Saturday was a double treat, two shows of CherryPie. The first one, was a benefit for those who have fought and those who have breast cancer. It wasn't a big turn out, but kudos to those who did show up to show their support of a well worthy charity. And the second show was located in the town of Port Washington which is along the beautiful Lake Michigan. CherryPie put on awesome performances at both shows. And John, who has great stamina and the most enticing charisma, showed his down to earth side and made each show fun but at the same time, his wild side came out and rocked us hard. After a day of rocking out with CherryPie, I was ready to face another week of working hard, But I know at the end of the week, I'll have another chance to party with the Pie and enjoy myself to the fullest."
