A Word from Josh:
This was the fourth year that we've been a part of this great event. And since last year, the Shack (or Caddy Shack) has gone through some major renovation. It went from a nice room with a great stage to a great room with an un-f***ing-believable stage They expanded their space and doubled their capacity. So the challenge to us and the event organizers was to double the turn-out to fill the space. And that's exactly what we did. In all, about 700 people rocked out for the cause and it seems that everybody had a great time. Additional aspects of making this event bigger-and-better this year included the addition of an opening act, the hard rocking Petroleum Pantry, and the presence of the very foxy Fox City Foxz roller derby team who helped "hostess" the event from atop their skates. The night also featured the traditional silent auction which brought in a record amount for the cause including over $800 for the Cherry Pie autographed guitar! Wow! As always, a big shout-out to the event's prime mover Lisa Mick who makes it all happen with the help of her friends and sponsors including 96.1 FM WTCX who once again contributed support over their airwaves. So, can we top this next year? We're certainly going to try.     --Josh

Lisa:
"You guys rocked, as always! Thanks for a great time and an AWESOME t-shirt. Look forward to seeing you next week at a certain SOMEONE's bday party!!!"

Lisa Mick - coordinator:
"I want to thank you guys again for an absolutely outstanding evening! I have had so much positive feedback from people asking if we have booked next years date- let me know when we can do that. After expenses we raised $5500 for Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Another smashing success. You guys are an amazing band but more than anything you are just amazing men. Thank you!!"

Carol Toll-Kollmansberger:
"Thank-You so much for letting me come on stage with Lisa. It was so much fun!!! You guys are the best and the sweetest!! Again Thank-You!"

Bittersweeteus:
""As the lights go down in the city", the party animals come out and join forces with CherryPie to give their support and join in the fight to help stamp out cancer. As CherryPie enters the stage, these guys talented in their own way, pour out their hearts and more as they band together to make one impeccable sound. And John, who's easy on the eyes and is quite appealing no matter what he does or wears, "had nothing but a good time" as he put those partying animals into a state-of-mind that could only be explained as, "Wild and Crazy"! From the time you guys hit the stage and ended with your signature encore songs, you were non-stop excitement and entertainment! I have to say, it never ceases to amaze me how you guys are willing to give your support and time to those much needed benefits. I tip my hat to you for always being there when called upon."
