A Word from Josh:
This was the first time in band history that we played four nights in a row. One might think that we would be worn down in this situation. In fact, at one point during the show, John used that as an excuse to entice the crowd. But I think it was pretty obvious that we were still bringing it and bringing it hard. It's been a good week and we had a lot of reasons to feel good. Shane was eager to alter his routine by putting aside the leather for a night and wearing a sexy pair of jeans that were fashionably mutilated. Greendale is a small municipality that seems to maintain a small town feel despite being nestled among the southern suburbs of Milwaukee. The festival was spread across several blocks and included a wide variety of activities that were mostly very family oriented. As a result, the crowd for our show varied in age more than usual. There were many children in attendance in addition to a lot of older folks and plenty of others who fell somewhere in between. Among the strong crowd were people participating in several high school class reunions going as far back as 1976. We saw a few familiar faces, but not as many as normal due to the "Hairy Night" concert up the road at the State Fair. Still, it was a pretty hairy night in Greendale and we hope to return and do it again next year.     --Josh

VOICES FROM THE CROWD:
Were you at this show?
Would you like to comment on it?

Kerri Wendt:
"You guys are great!!! Me and my husband have been to a couple shows now, and we are lovin it!!"

Bittersweeteus:
"Another great show by the guys of CherryPie. It took ahwile for the people to grab hold to the aspect that this was on amazing 80's rock'n'roll coverband. But as the show continued, the fans seemed to be enjoying themselves. John, the rock'n'roll clown he is, plus the help of the band, he was able to end the night with the satisfaction knowing that the fans were intrigued. Great display of professionalism, guys!!"
